Horse Purchasing Policy:
If a buyer is interested in moving forward with one of our horses, a 10% non-refundable deposit pulls the horse off the market for a week to set up a pre-purchase exam. After the exam, the buyer has 24 hours to determine if the buyer would like to move forward with the purchase or terminate the sale. If the buyer chooses to terminate the sale and releases the pre purchase exam and all records (X-rays, blood results, etc) then 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the buyer opts to not go through with a pre-purchase exam, the deposit is 100% non-refundable.
Buyers are welcome to set up a PPE without putting down a deposit however the horse will continue to be advertised for sale and shown to other prospective buyers. By not putting down a deposit, it is not guaranteed that the horse will still be available.
Hashauma aka Hashy
Hashy is a 2014, 16h TB gelding who retired in 2018 and was given some down time to enjoy being a horse. Hashy was originally sourced from LRS and he found a lovely home. Sadly with his mom’s life changes, he’s now back with us as his mom trusted us to help find him his new best friend. Hashy has solid flatwork - WTC, jumps 2’3+ fences, plenty of trail miles, off property and schooling show experience. While Hashy has been enjoying the leisurely life lately, he’s now getting back into work with us and starting to pack on the pounds and muscle. This guy is unfazed by everything, has great manners and is just a lovely all around type. No vices. No unsoundnesses. He did have a knee chip removed in 2019 with zero limitations. More videos to come.
Alfie is a 2020, 16h TB gelding. He is a tall as he is wide and has the cutest, most dopey, go with the flow personality. He has been lightly restarted both in and out of the ring. He has been a superstar undersaddle - quiet, no spook. Hacks out. Kick ride. Super easy going with lovely manners. No vices. No unsoundnesses.
Coors is a 2010, 16.1+h Grey TB Gelding. Coors is a lovely type that is a very uphill and light in the bridle. He puts in 100% effort over every fence with a nice and tidy hind end. Goes in a hackamore. A straightforward ride, Coors does best with a soft rider who can ride leg to hand. Showing 1.0m+ with plenty of scope to step up into the upper level jumpers. Schooling up to 1.20m.
